Spa Etiquette

Punctuality

As a courtesy to all our guests, treatments should end at the scheduled timings. If you are late, your treatment time may need to be shortened since the treatment room (and therapist) is generally booked for your session. Hence, we encourage you to arrive ten minutes in advance before your session.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to re-schedule your appointment, we would gladly do so for  you. For cancellations or changes in appointments, a minimum of four hours’ notice is required in order to avoid being charged in full for any scheduled appointment not attended. No shows will result in 100% charge for services booked.

First Time Visits

If it is your first visit to the Estetica salon, please plan to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment as you are entitled to a detailed consultation on your skin and/or body concerns. This will also give you ample time to prepare for your treatment.

Lockers

Lockers are provided for the safe-keeping of your personal belongings in your treatment room. Please secure them in your personal locker. The Management accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage of valuables of any kind brought into the salon premises.

Respect for Other Guests

The salon environment is one of tranquility, relaxation and pampering. 

Please respect the peaceful environment and privacy of other spa guests by speaking softly or just enjoy the silence. The use of cellular phones and electronic devices is strongly discouraged in the treatment rooms.
